Having given the Step Outside zone a considerable length of time, I have decided that it is causing more problems than it is solving. Rather than providing an area for venting, and thus leaving the aggression away from the rest of the forum, it looks as if it was in fact just adding to the overall arguments amongst certain users.

Please note that we are going to enforce a zero tolerance policy for abuse of other forum members.
