I have made a couple of minor changes to reduce the category bloat.

The Book section is now in the Talk About Anything area.

The polls section has been removed - this was originally there for when we had a column on the front page that had the latest poll on it. Since we no longer have that feature, the polls should just be placed in the appropriate category.
