In that case if Wheeler pulls this one off it will be a miracle. I think there is everything to play for. If the judge made a verdict that was in Brown's pocket and unfair it makes his job all the easier. I had the exact same situation when this appeal I was helping out with went to the court and got dismissed for totally ridiculous reasons. So the case in Rome was made easier by this fact. Wheeler looks confident and immediately decided to appeal, which generally means their case is a strong one. Only if it is touch and go do you have a good long think about it. Now he should get leave to appeal without to much trouble and if he does the papers are not going to get to Rome before his case is heard. Then if he does win all hell will break loose.
