There seems to be a lot of videos out there now showing the police using Phony Bliars terrorism act to stop people doing all sorts of things.

Here is a video of somebody being told not to film some people arguing.

We were assured by the powers that be that these measures would only be used in the fight against terrorism.

Maybe it's time for the UKIP parliamentary party to ask serious questions in the house,
Hang on - the UKIP PP voted for 42 days detention without trial.

This was bloody awful but just confirms what many people on this forum already knew:

YouTube - under cover copper pt 1

Thoroughly shocking, rape victims being ignored, police driving past crime incerdents so they can get home to watch the footie, coppers watching DVDs down the station rather then out on the streets etc. etc. etc.

Nice phrase
"We don't allow filming in the Westminster borough"

Does this arrogant person not realise that in the UK it is "Police by consent"
she does demonstrate what is wrong with the attitude of police today and if she continues with that attitude even more people will get hacked off
I wonder what happened to manners as well - not a please in sight

Somehow I don't think the piece of law she quoted was meant to be used in that manner

No I don't think so either. There are tonnes of videos like that on the web. I saw one of a German journalist getting a load of **** of a Scottish copper for filming somebody being arrested on the Royal Mile. Police riding round on a stolen motorbike for a laugh and crashing them.
Sad really as it gives the decent coppers a bad name.
