Whether it is as far ecompassing as originally planned is really immaterial as the law is on the books. This makes it easier for folks to be arrested for speaking out against religion if another member(s) of the public percieve it to be "racist".
I don't agree with this, I think free speech should mean exactly that however there are some who would take your posts on this board, and if they where on a leaflet for example attempt to have to arrested or at the very least denounce you and harass you.
