The house will vote tonight to enable unions to expel members of a legally constituted political party from union membership. Whatever your views on the BNP this is an affront to civil liberties and also an indication of the totalitarian nature of NuLabour. Interestingly, I am sure that it will contradict the European Convention on Human Rights.

If all the people who may be expelled join the British workers union - Solidarity, then the BNP will benefit indirectly from this action.

Not interesting enough for the BNP to do anything about it though.

Not sure the BNP are well suited to counter authoritarianism, but I agree that this discrimination is severe and worrying.

Standard practice in France and Spain, different Unions for different political Parties within the same industry.
No problem join Solidarity.

I am happy with the ban as the unions fund New Labour and don’t really represent the workers anyway. Many also have connections with communist groups and searchlight.
It would be counter productive to fund New Labour by joining one of there many unions. We have our own union for nationalists so we should use it.
