Hazel Blears, owner of the singularly most slappable face in politics (in itself quite an achievement) has gone on record saying that she doesn't like the bloggosphere as "It spreads cynicism about politicians!"

The Big Question: Is Hazel Blears right to accuse political bloggers of undermining democracy? - UK Politics, UK - The Independent
According to her "Political blogs are written by people with disdain for the political system and politicians, who see their function as unearthing scandals, conspiracies and perceived hypocrisy,".
Distain for politicians! Cynicism about politcs! All clearly the fault of the internet, obviously! No cynicism about our wonderful politicians existed before the nasty horrid bloggers came along!
I have some news for the poor deluded little chicken - if politicians weren't a load of lying, hypocritical, thieving, dishonest scum then perhaps people wouldn't be so cynical about them! As for undermining democracy; words fail me! Sorry, but just where do about 80% of our laws come from? Wouldn't be the EU undermining our democracy would it! Oh no, of course not! How silly of me, it's the bloody bloggers on the internet!
Of course our dear Hazel might not like the Bloggosphere because she percieves it as right wing (IE it dares to question Liebour multi-culti Marxist orthodoxy). I'd like to agree with her, but unfortunately having read too many bloggs I have become cynical!
What bloody planet does this stupid cow live on!
