If Cameron is the best the
CONServative Party can come up with then really there is little point in that party continuing to exist. What is the Tory Party's pupose? Does anyone know? Do they know? Why, oh why can't this pathetic party end its useless existence to make way for something better! When is their demise going to speed-up and let us all out of our misery!

Too true PJ. You're not the only one who finds Cameron peculiarly physically repulsive.
That revolting wet hanging lip is almost certainly the result of inbreeding, a common problem among a certain sector of the upper classes.
The sooner this disgusting degenerate is flushed down the sewer the better

Also, why is that party (the Tories) allowed to continue with the term "Conservative", when it is abundantly clear they represent no such thing? Cameron's speech on the family this afternoon (you know, the bit about same sex "families") raised a few eyebrows, and yet the Tory sheep gulped it down like it was some deliverance from God.
How can anyone claiming to be a "conservative"can even remotely take on board some of the wishy-washy leftist tripe that Cameron is now pushing. is beyond my sensory equipment.
The message that Cameron is now pushing is as hard and dangerous as any drugs found on the streets of Britain, and millions appear to lining up to get their communal fix from the new tory messiah.

Andy, I spent years attending those big conferences speeches. Maggie was a great speaker but even she didn't
really deserve a 20 min standing ovation.
Be that as it may, I recall sitting at the back of the gallery in the Blackpool Winter Gardens stanping and shouting to kep them on their feet. Ever now and then I would nudge the guy next to me to put two fingers in his mouth and give an ear-splitting whistle.
But the record ovation (engineered by CCO) was for IDS - weeks before he was out on his ear.
So it doesn't really mean very much. There would have been plenty of people applauding who are already sick to death of Cameron.

So what does that prove? That the party members are as lying and two-faced as the party bosses?
If you do not agree with the contents, don't open the box, it should be as simple as that.

Should be great for UKIP as the realisation dawns on potential Tory voters that they have run into the sand.
Critics of David Cameron's speech today include:
Matthew Parris, the Times columnist, said on BBC 2 Television (straight after today's speech from David Cameron) at 3.53 pm "It was a solid speech which sagged in the middle. They (the Conservatives at the conference) like him but just don't 'get it' (i.e. don't understand or share his direction, if there is one, or what he is trying to do). It was not one of the greatest speeches of all time - but they clapped because he's ahead in the polls."
Andrew Neil, presenter, said on BBC 2 Television today at 3.54 pm "Cameron is moulding the party in his image. He spoke about the NHS and has just spent four days at the seaside but never raised a single policy."

They would vote for a donkey if it wore a blue ribbon.

It is exactly the same situation with too many Labour people. It is because of the unthinking people who make-up the Tory and Labour 'core vote' that makes it very difficult for any new party of whatever political colour to make a serious impression on the electorate.
