You never know. I was happy with 'Elizabeth - the Golden Age', so if it's as good as that, I'm satisfied.

Any idea on the cast yet?
What is the betting that it comes at the story from the norman angle?

War-mongering Saxon Earl betrays oath to William the Ba5tard and pope. Steals throne (maybe even pops off old king St Edward) then gets his cum-upence by getting shot in the eye by some heroic frenchie (good cameo roll for someone there)

King Harold II, Earl Gryth, Earl Leofwine and all the others who fell in defence of England deserve better than a sub-standard Hollywood bio-pic.

I actually liked that movie too. Not that it was that historically accurate.

There's a new series of the Tudors starting on BBC tonight. Again, not very accurate historically, but entertaining nevertheless.
