The correct term would be Arise Sir Richard.
A Knighthood does not carry an appellation (of Pin Green).
The appellation would come with a Peerage
i.e. Lord Atkins of Pin Green.

In case they think we really do believe that Richard is a royal personage. :-) Because they really do seem to. :-) Add to that the poor ignorant English South Africans getting him mixed up with Her Majesty or maybe even the real Lionhearted king.
