On the evidence to date, the FEP seems much more keen on developing policies than a constitution and rule book.
When are the FEP's owners going to publish the conditions of membership etc?
If a constitution and rule book are to be produced, what is the programme for its adoption and implementation?
Such information is not presently to be discovered on the FEP's official website.

I did see a draft constitution several weeks ago, so it shouldn't be that long away.
No doubt it will up for discussion at the next NC meeting on September 6th.

The party does indeed have a constitution which was given to the Electoral Commission upon the party's registration in February. This was a requirement of registration, which, if you had bothered to check that small fact, you would have found out for yourself.
The constitution of Free England may be of relevance to Free England members, but as neither of you two are members, or ever likely to be, I don't see why it is of any concern of yours!
I would suggest this is a clear attempt at undermining a moderate English nationalist party for your own ends and if you claim to be English nationalists you should both be ashamed of yourselves. We are trying to do something for the good of England and all you are both doing is trying to bring us down all the time. I have not forgotten Cassie's post a few months ago stating he was going to be watching our legal position carefully. We have complied with all legal requirements of political parties and everything is all above board.
Now please stop trying to knock us all the time, and get off your backsides and do something yourselves instead of ridiculing us all the time.

[This obfuscation does not make it any more accessible on your website . . . unlike the EDP's!]

[Are we to conclude that it is a pre-condition of seeing the FEP's constitution and rule book that one MUST either be a member or - in your judgement - likely to become a member?]

Others may judge what the reaction to my enquiry tells us about the FEP.
So, enquiring about a registered political party's constitution and rule book
"is a clear attempt at undermining a moderate English nationalist party for your own [unspecified]
ends", and amounts to not only 'ridiculing us', but 'ridiculing us
ALL the time'!
What do you suggest that I should do other than clarify such matters as these?

I don't understand what concern it is of yours. If genuine prospective members wish to discuss this matter then we are willing to, but I see it as a complete waste of time to discuss this with people who are opposed to Free England and who would like to see the back of us in order to create THEIR vision for a federal Britain.
Isn't it about time you accepted the EDP will never have you back despite your continual trumpet blowing for them? I suspect you are rather hoping that by sticking the knife into us you can get back in their good books. I suggest that instead of trying to do us down, you reserve your efforts for the real enemy.

For the second time of asking:
"Are we to conclude that it is a pre-condition of seeing the FEP's constitution and rule book that one MUST either be a member or - in your judgement - likely to become a member?"

Isn't this rather petty? You have made this assertion more than once without citing any conclusive evidence that (1) I wish to re-join the EDP as a member OR that (2) the EDP will never allow me to?

Not being a member of either the EDP or FEP enables me to be more objective than you, and certainly less partisan!
You and Andrew must learn to be less touchy if you are to attract significant numbers of members!

Have you and Danny formed an alliance, the anti-Free England Party?

I liked your responses.
There are broadly two classes of folks who post on this forum.
The great majority of this forum's members have sincere and positive views, wish to improve matters, and work hard to build their respective parties up. Whatever their party, I respect their patriotism and hard work.
Then there is this small minority of ... social misfits, who do not get on with their fellow men and who take refuge in decrying the hard work of others. Some of these are sad men with nothing better to do, but a few are simply idle layabouts living on public welfare, who hate to see others working to improve the common good. They say of course that in trying to undermine our patriotic parties, they are simply 'holding public figures to account', or some such nonsense. Well, be damned with them!
Regards, Andrew
