Free England Party>Stabbed in the back by UKIP
Richard the Lionheart 06:33 PM 05-09-2008
Cant see what is "poor" about the thread. Representatives of UKIP made an offer which was accepted and then reneged on it. I am simply reporting the facts.

I beg to differ. Would you find two sides to the 'Holocaust' story?

Good on the administration of UKIP for breaking their one representative's promise. It is only by campaigning strongly in by-elections like these that they have any chance of dismissing the one-issue myth and starting to build up power bases for future Westminster elections.

After all, what's the point standing aside for a load of English nationalists? :-)

I look forward to UKIP being hammered in this election.

After all, what's the point of a one-policy anti-EU party, while English nationalists feel the same way towards the EU?

So far as I know there isn't a one-policy anti-EU party in existence. And FYI UKIP is a unionist party if you are suggesting that the shared anti-EU opinion of both parties makes UKIP superfluous.

BTW I have no doubt that UKIP will be hammered. It's just a shame and at least they have bothered to fight the election.

Surely UKIP must realise that the Union is dead, devolution is too far enacted.

In relation to the statement by Richard the lion heart I think it was ill judged and way over the top.He should of chosen his words more carefully it was a local disagreement. The thread title could of being something like local dispute UKIP renage on agreement that is a more grown up way of doing things.I am afraid Richard the lion heart has shown political Inmaturaty
