As far as I see it, British people's way of life has been forcibly changed by dozens of different migration/invasion patterns and it has, with technological advances, also changed.

So what is 'our' way of life? Are we all automatically pagans and farmers because many of our ancestors were?

If one of that tribe decides that they wish to join our world, then they should be free to do so.

I don't see my way of life being destroyed, so I don't see how you can decide for me that I somehow need protected. In fact, under your system I would lose three good friends.

The state has been doing it for you for years, it certainly wants to protect you from the facts, the truth and the prognosis.

If you are making an analogy to foreigners - then they already have.

My being okay doesn't infringe upon the rights of anyone else - yours does.

I'm trying to decide if this is a tu quoque, a two wrongs make a right or both. Either way, it's still a fallacy.

Where do these rights come from? It is our birthright, inherited from our ancestors to have preferential treatment in our own country, in all things, at all times. Universal, abstract yhuman rights is un-natural.

Name them. And yes, British society owes at least as much to Paganism as Christianity, or don't you celebrate the mid winter festival by sticking a tree in your living room, getting drunk with the tribe and exchanging tokens of loyalty?

Not to mention the fact that most of the population practice a form of ancestor worship and don't have the first clue what Jesus did or said.

I'm not a pagan by the way, except in a foxhole.

Liberalism, you do not have the right to endanger my existence merely for your whims. My right to the most basic freedom, to live free from the prospect of someone trying to blow my head off for not following their religion or for the colour of my skin (again), trumps your right to indulge in your self righteous fantasy. Mill was very clear your rights stop at the point they impose on mine.

Moreover I have the right to protect you from yourself since your inordinate attachment to anarchism has endangered your life. Should you succeed then your destruction will restrict your future liberty and thus in the interest of that liberty I am obliged to save you from yourself. Which I think was another of Mill's restrictions on your right to liberty.

But thats the problem with liberalism, what if not one but all of them decided to join our world, what if another ten million people fancy a slice of free education and health care and not being butchered by machetes in some God forsaken anarchist state in sub Saharan Africa? We can not accommodate all their demands, the resources are just not available. Liberialism is a mere stroppy childs demand for fairness in an instrinically unfair world. So in the interests of liberty, so that no man rights are placed above another's, everyone justs stays were they damn well landed, now thats fair isn't it?

Yes, and aren't the Celts happy about that! But guess what - they at least put up a fight, and didn't convince themselves that their subjugation and colonization was some kind of service to humanity.
