The east coast had much Nordic blood even before that.
The Iberians came after the Aboriginal people of these islands.
It is impossible to differentiate between the danes, Anglo-Saxons and earlier Germanic settlers, although it is possible to tell the difference between them and the Norse. Therefore the Germanic gene pool refers to all these groups except the Norse, who are neglible in most of England outside the old Northumbria. Hence when we look at places like Norfolk with as much as 60% of Germanic settlers, those settlers could be Danes, Anglo-Saxons or the pre-Anglo-Saxons Germans you speak of, we don't know. But what is sure is that other 40% are not descended from Germans of any description, even those here before 400 AD and are generally like Basques who I don't believe are Iberians.
As the Wiki on the Basuqes states.
Basque people - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Recent genetic studies have confirmed that many western Europeans, including the great majority of Spaniards, Portuguese, Britons, Irish and French, have a common ancestry with modern Basques that can be traced to inhabitants of the Basque areas of Spain and France based on Y-chromosome and mtDNA analysis.[6] The originators of these genes are thought to have traveled up the Atlantic Coast in the Upper Palaeolithic and the Mesolithic period.

There are no benefits to post war immigration - they come over here and ride our women, take benefits from the state! The Irish did it, as did the blacks and asians and now the eastern europeans.

I didn't think the Basques were Indo-European in origin?

Weren't the Irish part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, so they couldn't be immigrants?

I don't think alot of Western Europeans are. We inherited indo-European languages and some culture but many have been here since long before that. There was once a tendency in archaeology to ascribe any such changes to mass migration but such ideas are generally out of fashion today.

Germanic is a linguistic term.
