Well ... they do tend to spittalot - long streams of tobacco juice I am told, through pursed lips, for incredible distances.

Yes! And I fight against restrictions daily.

Care? Most certainly! That others, for reasons related to their own benefit, should seek to impose unreasonable restrictions upon my freedom to live as I choose, is the biggest ongoing challenge of my life.
