None directly. All of the money is being used to fund the £25 increase on the state pension, as far as I know.

However, that in itself will mean that more money is flowing around the economy each year, rather than vanishing abroad. In turn, that will create more jobs, more taxes etc, which may well be used for roads, hospitals etc.
