Introduce Yourself>INFORMATION ON UKIP

Hi all.

Firstly I would like to introduce my self. I am currently a third year undergraduate at Nottingham University and preparing to begin my dissertation. The topic I have chosen to research is the growth of the UKIP as a small, single issue eurosceptic party, and how it as a party can affect the British party system.

I would really appreciate any suggestions from UKIP party members on how I might be best going about collating information about the party, and its impending performance in the forthcoming general election.

Thankyou for your time, and best wishes for your party in the future.

Ken,
you have earned yourself a reply:

Why don't you come and meet Robert Kilroy-Silk at Risley Hall Hotel (just down the road from Nottingham University - where I got one of my degrses back in 1975) on Monday 6 December at the Annual UKIP Derbyshire SE Dinner/Dance - Robert is guest speaker. I'm going and will introduce you to a few UKIP folk if you'd like to talk to some of us. Tickets from Alex Stevenson 01773 760954.

I could also suggest some useful lines of research to you.
