Hello all,
I'm deeply eurosceptical, despite (or because of) my personal links with Europe.
I hope to be a regular contributor to these fora.
However, I'm not yet convinced that UKIP is perceived by the public as a viable alternative to the Conservatives, Lib Dems and Labour :?
There is a perception that UKIP is treading water at the moment. This isn't really helping, either in the UK, or in making headway against the Eurocrats.

You are absolutely correct. However, the people here and many others are trying to encourage the party INTO phpbb_action. I am sure that we will see things start to really move once the leadership issue is dealt with.

Fortunately, we don't need to be for this general election. We aren't going to form a government, so we don't need to be seen as an alternative. As long as the public feel that they can trust a UKIP MP to fight for their interests and the interests of Britain, then we will be OK.
