my name is Libby Denzine. i am a politics student (with dyslexia so you must forgive my spellings) who has an interest in good political debate where both sides of the argument can be disscussed. however i now have reason to believe that i will not find that here as i have already been insulted for asking one simple question.

can anyone tell me if there are some better and less insulting forums where i can talk to people without being dissmissed or insulted?

The problem is that you asked a loaded question on an open forum:

Unfortunately, you posted in the middle of a posting war with the Liberal Democrats, who were trying to cause trouble for the sake of it :-)

You will have to forgive our snippiness about accusations of racism. UKIP is NOT racist, but the pro-EU lobby, having lost the argument about the EU, have to resort to smear campaigns against us. I am sure that Matt meant no offence when he posted his reply.

That wasn't the comment he/she was upset about. The message in question was the one where I assumed he/she was a Lib Dem. Apparently this was wrong, and I am very sorry I accused him/her of it.

The post you assumed was the offending one I stand by, as the statement I made was correct. I don't go out to offend anyone, but if I see hypocrisy, I will call it. Just like I will put my hands up when I post a piece of garbage, as Chris the real Lib Dem pointed me out on.

i do not have a problem with the argument you were putting, but the fact remains that you called me 2 faced which was hardly pleasant.

I apologise for that and withdraw the whole statement.
