Plus welcome on this forum.
Hehe, well there was a brief period in 2006 where I signed up to receive letters and such from them and I haven't bothered to ask them to stop, because whilst I am definitely Conservative and not UKIP, I do agree with much of what they say and was impressed by the "Remote Control" DVD they sent me in the post.

Indeed as long as the posters are intelligent and interesting which is generally what it is like here except for a few who mainly frequent the English democrat and enviroment forums.

Hello Earthling. You sound so similar to my background it is scary.
Don't ever get bitter and twisted like I did when I found out the Tories were just the same as Labour.

I never actually joined them, but I did vote for them a few times.
I am in the Libertarian Party now. I shall always vote for a party other than the LibLabCon-senus.

I am indeed, I am a recent convert to Ubuntu from WinXP (would not get Vista if you paid me) and long-time Firefox user
I'd take Vista if you paid me - a new tea coaster and some money? Sounds like a good deal.
:-)
Did you ever try Opera as your browser?
