The so called "gaffe"was a deliberate ploy to bring out into the open what they expect to happen this year in the housing market,if they do things like this then the Government have avoided a lot of stick each day because many will just equate it to this gaffe and say the Government has already stated that they are on the peoples side.
Its just a different way of presenting a leak from within Flints, department, the people will believe anything at all because they believe we still have a caring, honest Government.

To expose the papers must have been deliberate. Anbody who has worked in any government department knows that you have to cover any form of classified or caveated document in a file/folder, in an envelope and then in a briefcase.
5-10% at best - what is missing is 'at worst'. 20-30%???? That might put house prices where they were 5 years ago.

Totally deliberate in my opinion. Another ploy to create confusion in the housing market, thus effecting the economy, thus increasing inflation and the RPI. Basically, the destruction of our economy, giving us no option but to turn to the EU for help in the hope they will bail us out.
Politicians at that level don't make 'mistakes' like that. How could she possibly justify placing such a document in a transparent folder? She would have had to request it as I'm sure one of her minions would have pointed out the error.
