I feel it only fair that I start a new thread here.

Post why you have utter contempt for the Lib Dems.

I'll start off with

Want prisoners to have the vote.
Want children to do porn.
Support the EU without question.
Are lead by a Mummy.

Make out they are nice and fluffy, but are the worst bunch of career merchants you can find, who fight dirty at all levels.

Their main stars cheat on their wifes with rent boys and like rolling around in excrement or drinking themselves to death while denying it.

Because I would like to see a liberal party with a democratic heart. They have stolen that ground but are neither. Not saying I would vote for them, that depends on a lot of things, but I hate the hypocracy.

Reasons i have contempt for the Lib-Dems:

1. They are neither Liberal nor Democrats!

2. They have blind support for the EU

3. They don't even seem to understand the number of issues effected by the EU as seen in their contradictory campaigning

4. They are opportunists who never have to worry about their disasterous policies being implemented by a Lib-Dem government

5. They see the state as the cure for all evils

6. They support political correctness, positive discrimination, and other woolly liberal anti-common sense policies

7. Their leader was present at the signing of magna carta (almost!)

8. The party is a refuge for flawed idealogues who ignore human instinct and dream of an impossible utopia

9. Some of their MPs look like they fell out the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down, and then were beaten with an ugly stick! (some do seem less evolved than in other parties, almost like hobbits. Is it just me?)

10. They don't know where they sit on the political spectrum because they can't tell the difference between their left and right. This is fine though, as they probably support schools teaching children to write with both hands for equality issues and say left and right is subjective anyway.

Hopefully, she'll be out at the next election. She owed everything to Charles Kennedy for getting her seat in the Commons, but was allegedly one of those who joined in moves to depose him as Liberal Dim party leader in January.

She may have, effectively, lost her seat in the Commons already. Her constituency at Brent (in north-west London) is being scrapped in the boundary changes effective from 1.1.2007 :P :twisted: . Let's hope Teather doesn't find anywhere to stand (or that she is not re-elected to the Commons if she does).

Not a nice person on the basis of her performance politically. Just another europhile.

Cant stand their "holier than though" posture and even worse their disgusting election posters showing photos of their candidate wheeling a pram about with a snotty nosed brat in it mouthing "wouldnt it be nice if dad won " & even even even worse , they seem to win that way !

Cant image Nigel being seen with a pram ( no jokes on that please ) ... so what appeal has he got to guoooee mothers withnyoung brats ?
