UKIP General Issues>Letter Robin Page.

Michael.

Thank you for your very kind words but the main point I was trying to make was that as long as we support those Tory MPs who sign up we reinforce amongst Conservative supporters the illusion that their party will one day perform a U turn. We are doing those Conservatives a favour by letting them know we know this is never going to happen.

Thanks for this - it seems the BOO site and Wikipedia are wrong! Boo hoo :-)

THINK about this RF. There is more hope of the BOO types from all parties finally facing up to fact they must stand up against their own Parties than there is of getting a UKIP MP elected. So working on the BOO types is money better spent than trying to get an MP elected.

T.N.

I do not believe this is the case.
We will have to agree to disagree on this.
I have no faith whatsoever in significant numbers of MPs of other parties getting enough backbone to stand up to their parties. UKIP MPs are the only hope.

A fine sentiment indeed but how long do you give it before UKIP gets one let alone a majority!!!!!

Don't forget the EU will collapse in say 5-10 years.

If we manage to get MEPs who will work in this country to build the party then we stand a chance. If we have a batch this time who will spend their time in Brussels then we will have less chance.

Well my guess is we will get less MEPs this time and those we do will go, will follow my leader onto the gray train.

By the way your plan A will take years , which we don't have. So RF what is your plan B?
