Swindon is very much seen as a test of how well UKIP can do, which is why I am standing in South Swindon, rather than North Swindon, Rob is considered the weaker candidate. Others would be interested in the facts in order that it can be identified as a precedent. Are you stating that that assurance exists in documentary form: letter, minutes, etc?
