I don't think you have lived there longer than I have, I've lived there for over 16 years.

And I'm Cornish by ancestory, I'm sure you don't appreciate new immigrants to England deciding it should be part of a federal EU state.

You forget, as far as I'm concerned, Cornwall is part of England.

How do you personally define it?
Would you consider yourself firstly as a British, then Scottish, Welsh or English? Or simply the other way round?

Have a look at this website::-)

Being White and having ancestors here for at least 301 years (good reason for that).

The country was united in 1707, so you must have had ancestors here since at least then.

I believe it would be more accurate to say that the country was RE-united in 1707.

Before the Romans arrived, Britain was one country. It was the building of the boundary walls that created the division of the land, not the people.

That doesn't change anything. You still aren't Cornish by heritage as you aren't a Londoner by heritage(as far as I know.). Whether Cornishness is a subdivision of Englishness is another debate.

And actually you are incorrect in de jure terms.
